Yes, to start. About 3,500 PTE questions are free, and so is one full mock test with its scores. Most question types are marked for free every time. For the ones our engine scores, such as Describe Image and Write Essay, your first set of each question type is free.

No. You start with your email address or your Google account. There is no card, no password and no trial that runs out.

Yes. Each question type uses Pearson's screen and timing. The audio plays only once, and the recording bar works as it does on test day. A full mock test has all three parts and takes about two hours.

Reading and listening answers are marked with Pearson's published rules, including partial credit and negative marking. Our engine scores speaking and writing, and those scores are estimates.
